How can I contact you?

How can I place an order?

Ordering with us is very simple. You can place an order directly online through our transactional website. You can select the model, colour and quantities you need, as well as the print details. You can define the number of panels you would like the logo to be printed on and how many colours your logo requires. Once you are happy with your selection you can proceed to the check out. You can pay securely online, and once the order is completed, the order confirmation will be emailed to you. 

However, if online is not your thing, we are happy to take your order over the phone or via email.  Call us on 01784 225902 or email our sales team on sales@expressumbrellas.co.uk and we will send a quotation followed by an order confirmation once you have decided on the order details.

Do your prices include print?

Yes, the prices quoted include a 1 colour print on 1 panel. We can advise you of the additional costs If you would like your logo on more than one panel or your logo contains more than one colour. Due to the nature of the printing process, print prices drop significantly for larger quantities so the more you order, the better the price we can offer!

Is carriage free?

Yes! We will ship all orders free of charge to one destination in the UK. We have excellent carriage rates with our shipping company and we pass these benefits on to our customers.

What are screen charges?

We use screen printing to reproduce your logo on umbrellas. Screens are tools that are required in the process and they are made specifically for your artwork. We require as many screens as many colours there are in your logo. They are additional costs that are not included in the price. Should you decide to change the print colour, no extra cost will be incurred, however if you decide to change the size of your logo once the screens are made, additional cost will be incurred.

How many colours can you print on umbrellas?

We can print up to 4 spot colours on umbrellas.

I don’t know how many colours there are in my logo?

Some designs are more complex than the others. It is not always easy to tell at first glance how many colours there are in your logo. If you are not sure please send your artwork to: sales@expressumbrellas.co.uk and we will be happy to help.

My design is more like a picture. Can you print it? 

Yes, we can. Just send your artwork to:  sales@expressumbrellas.co.uk and we will advise on the best branding technique and then quote.

How do I send my logo?

You can upload the artwork at checkout if you prefer to place an order online. At this stage you can also add any relevant information such as colour/size/location of your logo. Your artwork can also be sent to sales@expressumbrellas.co.uk

What format do you accept for print?

Generally, we request the logo to be in Adobe Illustrator - EPS, AI or PDF or Adobe InDesign – Indd. We request the artwork to be sent in vector format, as it is the best format to ensure the required fonts and layout of your logo. For photographic, picture-like designs, we require Adobe Photoshop - 300dpi or above JPG or Tiff .

 Artwork that cannot be supplied in any of the above formats could be sent to us in the form of a letterhead, complement slip, scanned image or visual guide and will have to be assessed and extra time priced into the job if redrawing is required.

I want to be sure my logo is printed correctly. 

We understand that and we are offering a 2 stage verification process. Stage 1 – once we have received your order and artwork we then email you a visual. This is to ensure the logo position, size and colour are in line with your requirements. Most customers are happy to proceed with production at this stage. Should you need to make any changes we will update your requirements and send the final visual for your approval. Some customers prefer to use the second stage of the verification process and request a pre-production sample.       

Can I see a generic umbrella sample before I place an order?

Not sure what umbrella style will work for you? Request a sample!

Plain product samples will be charged £15 + VAT each. The amount will be refunded once the order is placed with us or the umbrellas are returned within 14 days. Simply, advise the style name and preferred colour in the sample request form below. We will aim to dispatch the samples within 48 hours from receiving your sample request. In a rare case the sample is temporarily unavailable, our representative will contact you to discuss options.

Can I see a pre-production sample?

Yes, we offer a pre-production sample as an option and we will charge £20 per print colour for a print sample for orders below 500 units. For orders over 500 units we provide a pre-production sample free of charge.

Will I receive the exact quantities that I have ordered?

Yes, we will deliver the exact quantities. 

What is Express Service?

For those clients working to the tightest of deadlines, we can offer a special Express Service. We offer a selection of styles for Express Service. This service is available for up to 250 units with a 1 colour print maximum and on 1 panel. We guarantee the umbrellas will be printed and ready for dispatch within 48 hours once the final visual for the order is approved.  

For bigger volumes and more complex designs please call us! We will strive to meet the tightest of deadlines and find the right solution for your budget. 

When will I receive my order?  

Standard production time is 10 - 15 business days. If your umbrellas are for an event, please let us know your deadline prior to placing your order, and we will confirm our production capacity. We understand time is important for you! We offer an Express Service if you require.
